I’m having a little surgery tomorrow (highlight this text if you want to know the gory details: it’s a laproscopic procedure to correct a double hernia), so there probably won’t be a lot coming out of this blog for the next day or two.

    Thanks, you two… and as it turns out, I’m healing up nicely. Sadly, I won’t be doing my trademark back-to-back triathlons this weekend, and I’ve had to cut way back on my weightlifting – which, as those close to me know, is my true passion in life.
