I would have thought Blogger couldn’t possibly keep up with the flurry of election-night blogging that must be happening… but it’s not only working well, it’s faster than ever.
And when I tried to move two domains an hour ago to Ace of Space, which hosts this site, I ran into a minor glitch at my end and aborted the process. A few minutes later, in comes an e-mail from the wonderful Debbie – this is after 10 at night, remember – offering to remedy the situation. That’s the level of service and responsiveness that keeps me coming back to their door; the fact that they’re so inexpensive is just gravy.
The next day: OK, so Blogger’s suddenly slowed right down. Either their tech crew has gone home to nurse hangovers or there’s a lot of pent-up writing going on. At any rate, strike that “faster than ever” bit.
