CBC News graphic forecasting Vancouver's high tomorrow as -38 degrees Celsius

Okay, is it just me? Or is tomorrow’s high a little, ah, out of line for Vancouver… February or no February?

At least it’ll be sunny.

    It must be the wind chill.

    If I press “change city” will I be magically transported to sunny San Diego?
