
It doesn’t happen all the time – just once every 20 minutes or so. That’s how often I remember the WKRP episode where Bailey Quarters, trying to launch a serious public affairs show, books as the first guest a doctor who declares that “Children are, by adult standards… insane.”
They aren’t, of course. My daughter is still learning to control her emotions – the hardest one of all being frustration. I have 40 years on her, and I’m still trying to get a handle on that one.
