I really like Read-it-Later and the Byline app on my iPhone. Both allow me to read my Google Reader content offline. I can choose to share the posts or email them, which occurs once those missing bars have returned, or my flight has landed. Photography apps are fun to mess around with when your offline too. I like Best Camera and Hipstamatic the most. I email the photos to my Flickr, Facebook and Twitpic accounts and they sit in my Sentbox until I'm connected again.
