hip hip hurray! happy new year :)
Truth as strange as fiction — Microsoft's Ribbon Hero
exists and does exactly this. I failed to convince the brass where
I work that we should have an Office leaderboard for the office.
:-( (Link in the "website" link, or search for Ribbon
Hero.)
Good. God.
Thanks much for letting me know about this! I'd be fascinated to know how it's worked in places where the brass was willing to take a flyer on something fun.
Also check-out Gamification.org on this subject. goldmine :)
It really is, Molly – thanks for mentioning it!
